Overview guides can be ordered online through uhcjarvis.com>Sales & Marketing Tools>UnitedHealthcare Toolkit. Once there, you will need to put Peoples in the search at the top and then click on Peoples Health Guides.
At this time, it is up to the agent to keep their book of business. Your commission statement is another option. We hope to have a platform to allow agents to track their members in the future.
For Secure Health, a beneficiary must have one of the following LA Medicaid levels: QI, QDWI, SLMB, SLMB+, QMB, QMB+, or Full Medicaid (FBDE).
For Secure Complete, a beneficiary must have one of the following LA Medicaid levels: SLMB+, QMB, QMB+, or Full Medicaid (FBDE).
For Dual Complete LA-S5, a beneficiary must have one of the following LA Medicaid levels: FBDE, QMB+ or SLMB+.
Depending on the Medicaid level, a beneficiary may have a copay for some services but you should always quote the range given.
